Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 160 g plain yogurt
  • 80 ml milk
  • 190 g flour
  • 30 ml liquid oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt) in a bowl and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, weigh and whisk all liquid ingredients (eggs, yogurt, milk, liquid oil) until completely combined.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. The pancake batter is now ready.
  5. Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
  6. Pour one ladle of batter onto the heated pan. Cover the pan with a lid.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, ensuring both sides are golden brown.
  8. Once cooked, serve the pancakes with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
