Ingredients
- 2ย eggs
- 40ย gย granulated sugar
- 160ย gย plain yogurt
- 80ย mlย milk
- 190ย gย flour
- 30ย mlย liquid oil
- 1ย pinchย salt
- 10ย gย baking powder
- 5ย gย vanilla
- 3ย tablespoonsย chocolate chips

Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt) in a bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, weigh and whisk all liquid ingredients (eggs, yogurt, milk, liquid oil) until completely combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Gently mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Finally, fold in the chocolate chips. The pancake batter is now ready.
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat.
- Pour one ladle of batter onto the heated pan. Cover the pan with a lid.
- Cook for 2 minutes on each side, ensuring both sides are golden brown.
- Once cooked, serve the pancakes with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
