Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons Oat flour
Instructions
- Wash and trim the cauliflower, then break it into florets.
- Place the cauliflower florets into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped to a ‘rice-like’ consistency.
- Transfer the processed cauliflower to a mixing bowl.
- Add the grated cheese, egg yolk, chopped fresh parsley, and oat flour to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and a cohesive mixture is formed.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Place the shaped cauliflower balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through for 15-20 minutes.
