Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 baking powder
  • vanilla extract
  • nuts

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (or blend).
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 ยฐC for about 45 minutes.

Temperature: 180ยฐC
