Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 3 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- vanilla extract
- nuts
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (or blend).
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ยฐC for about 45 minutes.
Temperature: 180ยฐC
