Ingredients
- Plain biscuits
- Plain yogurt or creamy base
- Cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Finely crush the plain biscuits on a cutting board or in a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt (or creamy base) and cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly until a smooth chocolate mixture forms.
- Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture. Fold and mix until all biscuit pieces are well coated.
- Lay out a piece of parchment paper. Transfer the biscuit and chocolate mixture onto the center of the paper.
- Shape the mixture into a log using the parchment paper, then roll the paper tightly around the log, twisting the ends to seal.
- Chill the log in the refrigerator until it is firm, for at least a few hours or overnight.
- Once chilled and firm, unwrap the log from the parchment paper. Dust the entire surface generously with powdered sugar.
- Optionally, wrap the log in decorative foil and string for presentation.
- Slice the chocolate biscuit log into desired portions and serve.
