Ingredients

  • Plain biscuits
  • Plain yogurt or creamy base
  • Cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the plain biscuits on a cutting board or in a bowl.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt (or creamy base) and cocoa powder. Mix thoroughly until a smooth chocolate mixture forms.
  3. Add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture. Fold and mix until all biscuit pieces are well coated.
  4. Lay out a piece of parchment paper. Transfer the biscuit and chocolate mixture onto the center of the paper.
  5. Shape the mixture into a log using the parchment paper, then roll the paper tightly around the log, twisting the ends to seal.
  6. Chill the log in the refrigerator until it is firm, for at least a few hours or overnight.
  7. Once chilled and firm, unwrap the log from the parchment paper. Dust the entire surface generously with powdered sugar.
  8. Optionally, wrap the log in decorative foil and string for presentation.
  9. Slice the chocolate biscuit log into desired portions and serve.
