Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- seasoning for+12 months little ones (1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine mashed sweet potatoes, olive oil, rice flour, oat flour, rosemary, garlic powder, salt in a large bowl.
- Shape the dough into a loaf and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
